We recognize the role of the third sector for sustainability and the creation of positive social impact. We engage with select charities and non-profit organisations in delivering project that create positive social impact. Our approach is two-fold;
providing funds from the profit that we generate as a business to support the work of charities;
to provide for free our expert and specialist knowledge and skills to charities and NGOs. Currently our Third Sector Engagement strategy is on partnering with third sector organisations involved in projects related to poverty alleviation, women empowerment, and provision of education for children in rural communities.

Steve Nkwor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. In addition, he holds Full Membership (MIRM) certification of the Institute of Risk Management of London, United Kingdom, having undergone the international diploma programme of the Institute.
Steve Nkwor has firm grasp of internal control and workings of governance system of organizations. He has had over seventeen years of work experience at Crusader Nigeria Plc, a financial services organization. In these years of work experience at Crusader Nigeria Plc, he had at several times worked as Financial Controller, Internal Auditor and lastly as Chief Risk Officer. Crusader Nigeria Plc merged with Custodian insurance group in 2013. Steve Nkwor left the services of Crusader Nigeria Plc as Assistant General Manager (at the verge of the merger in 2013) to form SNA Consulting and Allied Limited. He currently works as the Lead Consultant/CEO of the novel ERM consulting company that is poised to deploy best practice and value adding risk management in organizations.

He is a Higher National Diploma graduate of accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria. Post-graduation in 1991, he has become versatile with professional certifications in accountancy, insurance and risk management. Steve facilitates risk management workshops in very practical, professional and lively manner.
Donatus Obi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also a member of Accounting Technician Scheme (AAT) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He started his career in D.O. Dafinone & Co, Chartered Accountants as Audit Trainee and later worked in Ministry of Defence (Nigerian Army Command and Finance Office).His career spans other companies in commerce, Information Technology, Capital Market as well as oil and gas sectors of the economy. He leads the Strategy & Projects at SNA Consulting & Allied Limited.
He is an extensively experienced and goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated track record of leading the preparation and analysis of financial reports. He has proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements.
Donatus Obi is a talented leader directing highly skilled financial management teams to support the achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives.
